Cancellation & booking terms

Securing Your Slot: A strictly non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock in your specific time slot. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your shoot before the session begins. Punctuality: Because slots are booked back-to-back, please arrive on time. Arriving late will cut into your allotted time and result in a shorter session. Selection & Turnaround: You must select your favorite photos from your online proofing gallery within 7 days after your event. Final edited pictures are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after your selection is made. File Policy: We pride ourselves on delivering premium, polished work. Unedited or RAW files are strictly not released.

A completeness review is not a guarantee of service quality or university endorsement.
