Using GradReady

These terms apply to your use of GradReady NG, an independent individual project for discovering graduation vendors, events and useful links. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.

GradReady is not affiliated with or endorsed by Covenant University. Confirm official university information with the university, and confirm event information with the organiser.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for submissions and actions made through your account. Use the available verification and account-security tools when requested.

Vendor listings and business owners

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business descriptions, services, prices, contacts, availability and terms. Only claim or manage a listing if you own the business or have permission to represent it. You must have permission to use every photo, flyer and other material you submit.

Imported and manually added listings may begin with information from reviewed business materials. Listing approval, ownership review and completeness checks do not guarantee service quality or imply university endorsement. Owners should correct outdated information through their vendor workspace.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Review the vendor’s services and terms before making arrangements. Confirm the final price, availability, delivery details, deposit and cancellation or refund conditions directly with the vendor.

GradReady helps organise requests, quotes, bookings and receipt records. Payments are arranged directly with the vendor; GradReady does not collect or process those payments. A receipt record reflects information recorded in the service and does not independently verify a bank transfer. The vendor is responsible for fulfilling its agreement with you. Raise service, payment and refund disputes with the vendor first, and report misleading listings to GradReady.

Photos and submitted content

Only submit content you have permission to share, including permission from identifiable people where required. When you submit a photo for the public showcase and consent to publication, you give GradReady permission to store, review, resize and display it in the showcase. You retain ownership of your content.

Approval is required before a submitted showcase photo becomes public. To request removal of a homepage photo, use the photo-removal form. Public copies may have been saved or shared by other people before removal.

Keep the service useful and safe

Do not submit fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or misleading material; impersonate someone; publish private information without permission; upload harmful files; send spam; or attempt to bypass account permissions or disrupt the service.

We may review, refuse or remove content, restrict features or suspend access when needed to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with applicable obligations. Contact GradReady if you believe a restriction or content decision was made in error.

Availability and external services

We aim to keep GradReady useful and available, but features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Listing details and event information can change; check important arrangements directly with the relevant business or organiser.

External websites and contact services have their own terms. Your statutory rights remain applicable. These terms do not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, requests, business submissions, photos and optional analytics are handled. Photo publication permissions and analytics preferences are separate choices.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted through the service where appropriate. Contact GradReady about listing problems, content concerns or questions about these terms.
