Cancellation & booking terms
1. Contract Formation & Booking Framework • Binding Agreement: A legally binding contract between service provider No’am and the client is established upon completing the booking form and paying the non-refundable retainer. • Client Responsibility: The booking client assumes full legal and financial responsibility for adhering to all terms and payment deadlines. • Retainer Fee: A 60% non-refundable retainer must be remitted within 7 days of booking to guarantee date reservation, cover administrative costs, and compensate for schedule opportunity cost. • Short-Notice Bookings: Bookings made less than 3 weeks before the event require 100% full balance payment upfront at consultation. • Payment Methods: Accepted via Bank Transfer or Cash. 3. Cancellation Policy & Surcharges • General Terms: All payments remitted prior to cancellation are strictly non refundable. Written notice is required. • Late Cancellation (Within 7 Days): Cancellations submitted within 7 days of the event date render the client liable for 100% of the total quoted balance with zero refunds. 4. Health, Hygiene & Liability Release • Mandatory Disclosure: Clients must complete consultation/allergy forms declaring all known medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities across the booking party prior to application. • Hygiene & Sanitation: Professional tool/product sanitisation is strictly maintained between clients. • Liability Release: Clients release the artist from liability for skin complications or reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or standard cosmetic product use. 5. Artist Emergency & Image Rights • Artist Cancellation: If the artist cancels due to severe illness, emergency, or force majeure, the client receives a 100% refund of all costs paid (excluding completed trial sessions). • Media Opt-Out: Photos/videos taken during sessions may be published for promotional use unless the client explicitly opts out in writing prior to the appointment.
