Cancellation & booking terms
Photography Service Terms 1. Booking Confirmation: A photography booking is confirmed once the client completes the required booking process and payment is made. 2. Punctuality: Clients are expected to arrive at the agreed location and time. Delays may reduce the available photography time. 3. Service Delivery: The photographer will provide the photography service according to the package selected during booking. Edited photographs will be delivered within the stated delivery period. 4. Location & Schedule: Any changes to the agreed date, time, or location should be communicated as early as possible and are subject to the photographer's availability. 5. Image Selection & Editing: The photographer reserves the right to select and professionally edit the final images. Cancellation Policy 1. Client Cancellation: Clients who wish to cancel a booking should notify the photographer as soon as possible. 2. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made close to the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of any booking payment. 3. Photographer Cancellation: If the photographer is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified promptly and an alternative arrangement or applicable refund will be provided.
