Heartline Media Group exists to transform event ideas into reality, creating moments that are cherished forever. We believe every event tells a story, but more than that, every event creates memories. Our purpose is to ensure those memories are experienced fully, captured with excellence, and preserved beautifully through creative production and technology. We deliver end-to-end media and event production through photography, videography, livestreaming, LED display solutions, lighting, and digital content , combining creativity, technology, and craftsmanship to connect people and tell their stories with excellence.

Cancellation & booking terms
Booking & Delivery Terms 1. Booking Confirmation Your booking is only confirmed after 50% deposit has been received and verified. Once payment is confirmed, you will be assigned a number tag, will be determine your placement for the shoot. The number tags system will reset after a full day and cannot be used for the next day. 2. Package & Images Your package includes the editing and delivery of final images. Only the number of images included in your selected package will be edited and delivered. 3. Selecting Your Images After your shoot, you will select your preferred images from the photos taken. Once your selection is submitted, editing and processing will begin. 4. Editing & Delivery Your selected images will be professionally edited and delivered online within three (3) working days after your final image selection. 5. Additional Images Images outside your package are not included. Additional images may be purchased separately, where available. 6. Rescheduling & Cancellation If you need to change your appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Payments are non-refundable once your booking has been confirmed, except where the cancellation is caused by us. 7. Image Use By booking, you agree that the photographer may use selected images from your shoot for portfolio, website and social media purposes, unless you request otherwise before the shoot.
